This is really great! The only thing I don't like is the 100% push-back reduction.

the movement is the same while spinned up
30% less damage
50%less ammo
20% more damage from bullets.

I don't know about some of these stats, but the reduction in push force item is a really good idea

dude, you have to realize the heavy is a 300 health tank
giving him 10 health is like giving him exactly 1 bullet to his minigun

Textures are way too sharp.

Effects:
+20 health
+40% fire resistance
+ Can restore health
- 50% damage reduction

My idea for this would be:

on hit: mad milk damge is applied for 60 seconds
when hit by explosion: shatters and is unusible for 30 seconds

craft: madmilk,madmilk,spycicle,scrap

i think that could happen only if heavy was from hawaia

Cool concept, but really, it looks like you took that coconut straight out of Gmod. Needs less realistic/ more TF2-ized textures.

When he taunts it should be the same as a regular fist taunt but one of the coconut halves just shoots off in the direction of the taunt
