Never experienced or know anything that could cause that past MP desync.
Despite that, I wouldn't be surprised that it happened. SE is odd.
Original plan was that I didn't have to make rebel stuff, but that didn't work out well.
Haven't changed drill, so not sure how that happens. It drill
Incursions uses Imperial, as It doesn't have any Rebellion encounters.
The Factions, then you reference, most be the ones generated in MasterFile.
If in-game, you could set them as an admin, to "accept everyone", and players could enter.
Just keep in mind, Several imperial factions in ILI (Incursions) do spawn under the Imperial Factions.
This mod doesn't have any faction data, nor modifies the systems.

I do know, that its able to disable manual reactivation while active.
Now here's a question for ya about that Ion affect, in the older Ion weapon mods it disabled blocks but did not turn them back on after the affect faded, does yours do that OR would players need to build an Ion counter measure like a timer block that keeps triggering to turn everything back on lol

Sentry Tower is generally automatic, but I think I forgot to repair it when I restored the weaponry.
Shall Fix.
What does the Ion Gun do? Does it do damage or disable blocks? Also it didn't have sound for me.
And the sentry tower turret thing, I couldn't fire it through controlling it, does it shoot??
I guess I will have to repair it again.
However, that will take awhile, as even though I have a vulture prototype, I need this era functional first, before I work on the extensive Clone Wars Era's CIS forces.
As they have a lot of droids, and ships, that I'd want done nice & proper.
