Hi. Does anyone have any idea how I can make the whole terrain ONE COLOR. I want to make ALL the terrain green. Thanks

That's interresting download if you want to play ranked. It removes much of the funn but makes the graphics less distracting and makes resources more visible. One can much more easily spot and manage a larger number of villagers with this mod.
Well, fortunately, I play for fun and don't really care much about elo. yey graphics

@caelanminh Taste, or general adding of the framerate. Say if you have a very old laptop you could use this instead.

but i wish it ACTUALLY changed the stone in game, and i think fish should have blue blocks where they are.

I am not able to use another texture pack after subscribing to this one. After i unsubscribed to try something else, the trees bushes and gold stayed in block form.

Hey Gs.jellymann, I know it's called Age of 'Cube', but in case you do a v2 - what about tree cubes in different heigths?

Wouldn't be real 'cubes' then, but the first thing that came to my mind when looking at the screens was 'Cool, trees have different heigths'. Later I recognized it was due to 'hidden' elevantions.^^

Right click AoE in your steam library and go on 'properties'.
In the new dialog go on the 'local files' tab and click the verify button.

How do you Verify Game files? I deleted the SLP but now I can't get on the game.

@tim93 @Erik the offending files will be in the SLP folder as described in the description. You have to physically delete the SLP files from that folder to uninstall the mod. This is a common problem with mods that alter more than just the ground textures.

Its a self aware virus. You can never be able to delete it! XD (jk).

Having the same problem as Erik, I think I tried everything, unsubscribing the mod, deleting mods in local files, restarting steam, reinstalling the game, restarting PC. I managed to remove most of the mod, but the shade for the cube trees is still visible for the normal trees, the bushes are still red cubes and the gold is still yellow cubes but with normal gold over top.

Although it is an interesting texture pack, I think it doesn't really fit to the game, especially because not everything is converted. Now I unsubscribed it and deleted the file, but but it won't disappear from the game. How the hell do I uninstall this?

Beside steams updating feature is REALLY buggy, you have to completelly delete the mod, so the mods archive from your game\mods folder too.

And it seems you have to restart steam so the information for a mod will be refreshed (safest way should be too restart your pc).

In case you did both, there is a chance you can resubscribe and download the updated version. But only if the updating itself (on the authors side) worked - which it often doesn't despite saying so and you don't encounter a bug on your side...

YES, it is buggy - therefore you find that many mods in the workshop that are just fixed/updated versions of the original mod.

I can second that. I have just tried the mod (for the first time) and stone has not changed.

still not work in stone after updated, i tried verify and reinstall the game.

UPDATE: The mod should include the stone files now.

If it isn't uninstalling the entire thing, the easiest way to do it is to delete the SLP folder within Data then verifying again

This is really, really cool. Unfortunately, as mentioned, stone doesn't seem to work.

so the stone isnt working for some reason, but i really like this idea. I would love a minecraft style rts and this has potential to go down that road. very fun. i cant wait to see more updates for this. i would love to see a more minecraft style approach :)

@Dazistheman try unsubscribe, verify game files, and then resubscribe. Happens to me sometimes when I install mods. Glad you like it :D
