It will support zoning, but when I place it I use the zoning toolset mod to turn it off. This allows the use the maximum flexibility.

I created it because while TM:PE allows me to change speed, it does not change the speed limit signs. Unfortunately, the game does not contain the functionality to just change the signs based upon the speed limit.

Yes, I could manually add new speed limit signs, but to remove the old ones, I'd have to create a new asset anyway. Seeing as this is the only speed limit at which I am currently using this particular road in my city, I decided not to make a generic version and place the speed limit signs manually.

Oh, this still supports zoning? That's a shame; it makes it not materially different from the one in NExt2. (Since for just the speed limit I can change it with TMPL.)
