There is a reaosn that teams are colored red and blue.

the texture looks more like Spy was run over by a dirt bike than microfilm.

At least make it have more of a color scheme depending on team. For example, make the little black part with holes on it black for red, and the rest white, and white for blu, and the rest black, so it's distinguishable. I don't think you should add any color though, because that would just kinda ruin it. Very very nice rendering, however.

cant tell which team he is on other than the hat. Add more color
