just because you wasted effort on another generic top hat skin doesn't not instantly mean its good. why would you focus on making something that doesnt match any cosmetic in the game? if it gets added its only gonna be worn as a cheap unusual? why would you wate effor on something no one would chose outside of it being a bout to show off an unusual effect? why not make something cool that people would be excited to unbox?

i understand generic but if u rigged and skinned jiggle bones for an all-class cosmetic u would quickly realize its not a 5 min job
