Is there any chance your houses can be allowed to graduate through all 5 low density residential levels? because they seem to be stuck on level 1
Why this happens?
I just published a collection containing all the assets of this style at :

These houses...maybe only level 1. I see that when the house has been upgraded to level 2 or more, it becomes in-game house.
2: Once each house has been built, it must be declared a historic building so that it can level up without being replaced.
1. Where do I find all the assets (so that I dont have to search one by one).
2. How do I keep them from being upgraded to default game houses. After a short time, houses began to upgrade and everyone of these were replaced with other houses.
Just subscribe to the theme, then in Content Manager go to Styles, click on the theme and you can download the homes from there.
