This Mod no longer works effectively in V1.6 due to the change concerning Wildness. If OP doesn't plan on updating it, I would like to merge it into one of my larger projects on my own.

Since this mod has been reported working in 1.5 I added it to the No Version Warning-mod

Even in the new version, this Mod causes Beef to appear three separate times, one for Vanilla renditon Cows and one for the creatures of this Mod. The Belgian Blue Cow and the Pygmy Beefalo are both lacking the <useMeatFrom>Cow</useMeatFrom statement in the RACE category under their Thing Def entries.

It would have thrown errors, but yes.

There is a bug in your Mod. After installing your Mod, there are now TWO meat categories both titled "Beef". You can make an animal drop any meat, including a different type of meat.

Also, it doesn't actually need "Animal Gear" unless you want to put armor on them.
