Would you be willing to explain to me how to make chibis in the devkit? I want to make the cat from Atlas into a chibi as I want a pet cat that cant die lol theres literally nothing on google for how to make chibis and ive never messed with the dev kit.

That's a fair statement. I have added the Brood and Titans (excl. Forest). Dragon, Mega, Manticore - could look into doing those.

I won't be adding anymore Chibis into this mod as WildCard seem to be adding new chibis with events.

Do you need DLC to use some chibis ? For example you need Aberration in order to equip a Basilisk chibi

where is forest titan?

this might not fit the scope of your chibi mod but maybe add the ability to lvl chibis by feeding them implants(dragging and dropping an implant on to the chibi items in your inventory). to limit obvious exploits like just killing tribe mates or your tribe mate leaving the tribe for you to kill there would be a selection process via the mod where it looks for current online players and it picks one and that players implant (which has a player id on it) could be the implant needed to add xp to the chibi.

this would go more in depth as to how to mitigate abuse of the xp system but i can discuss that with you if this is something you would be interested in.
