Are you opted-in to the beta? Right click the game in Steam and go to Properties. Select the public beta. It should be in the level selector when you create a lobby in multiplayer. This map is for Dukematch only.

How do I play this on Duke Caribbean? It doesn't give me the option on the main menu to play custom maps.
