Nope. This mod solely alters the image for the Coat of Arms itself. The actual map color is left entirely untouched.

Gold on blue is super pleasing to the eye. Does this mod change the faction's map colour to that shade of blue? (Similar to the Kingdom of Macedon mod.)

This flag was created for purely aesthetic reasons (and to reference the visually enjoyable but very much fictionalized Kingdom of Heaven movie from 2005) and is not intended to improve historical accuracy or represent the actual historical Kingdom of Jerusalem in any serious manner. :TheCrusader::sword_f:
