@小邪神 战舰金刚不能跨区域攻击,会被丘陵山地和森林地形阻挡,应该是个bug吧?

@小邪神 I know it's 2 years too late but i've menaged to fix the 3d model, to do this you need to import animation folder and add lines in modinfo file

@RAIN331 The building is derived from the windmill and the situation to build it is as same as the windmill, now I forget whether the windmill can be built in a city on the hill. So, in my opinion it might not be a bug.

@olit Yes, if you have three cities,you'll get a 30% time bonus which means 3 extra turns.(the code is so, I haven't tested.). I think I'll debuff chinjufu by decrease the bonus from the water tile and bonus some basic food, culture, etc in the capital city.

Also, a question about the tea house, does the 10% golden age bonus stack with the number of cities? (like, you have three cities and get a 30% time bonus?)

I'm no expert at Civ, but i think it's the Chinjufu that makes her so strong.
I compared her to my both best science civs in game, Sejongs Korea and the Japan/Tojo mod civ.
Sejong gets +2 science for specialists / their improvements, Tojos Japan gets +1 science for each water tile, 2 if the area belongs to a conquered civ. Kongou gets +3 science and +3 production per water tile, and that production boost is further reinforced by the tea house.. even if tit is just for her capital area, that's much.
My suggestion would be to maybe make the bonuses of the chinjufu count for the city, not per water tile. +3science, production and gold and +1 culture in the capital area is still good, and it would also make the chinjufu useful in cities without water around.
Just my ideas, though, i may be wrong. I will probably test Kongou on a land map next, and see how well she does without the chinjufu bonuses.

我觉得强度真的是非常高。如果要修改的话,个人建议给镇守府增加自身原始产出的同时削弱其对单元格的加成:steamhappy:

@olit My design is to let her become strong at the middle and the end of the game, and I have designed two powerful units for her. Obviously both are very unbalanced, at the beginning I just want to make some fun and don't care about it. Now, I don't have an idea to debuff her. Should I debuff the chinjufu or the trait or the units? Maybe you can give some suggestions.

Testing her now in a scenario with some other mod civs, and Lord, she is strong. She's around 8-9 techs and 5 social policies ahead of the best others, including me (and i'm playing Tojo right now, who gets big tech bonuses himself), her capital has more than twice the population and thrice the defense than the best other cities.
She also has 16 world wonders in comparison to my and another AI players 4. Now idea how one should beat her.
And i play this test game on warlord difficulty.

That said, i really like that there are Kancolle mods for Civ5 now, so thank you very much for this! My suggestions would be to make her a bit less strong and to add unique text for her, given her way of speaking is one of her major character traits.

Last, a minor error that i found in my test round: Civ treats her as male, all the titles she gets in the diplomacy window are male versions ("Lord Kongou", for example.) Doesn't affect the game, but sounds strange :)

@Admiral Medic Sorry for you, It's my problem. When I tried to implement the art, It's right to load in the game but the model is STANDING on the sea which means half part out of the sea and half not. I don't know what was wrong because I'm very new to the model so I just put off adding the unique model. Sorry for that.

Very Great mod , however you could improve it by adding custom 3D unit model ( there is kongou in "Advanced Naval Units mod " so the model already exisists and maybe you could implement it here )

@Chocolad Well, I have been afk for a while, and I even didn't attend the last event. I want to make more mods, but I'm busy as a university student, so I'll try my best to make more KC mods if someone does like my mod lol. For the coming up mod, I will try to add some Lua and some new traits, and I'll make a KC leader who is good at culture or religion such as Naka

@duelmaster33 Yea, frankly it is a brave try to make a mod like that but I really want to make it, and the fact shows that many civ5 players like this mod lol. Maybe there're many civ5 players like Japanese animes and games. Hope you can enjoy it!

@Admiral-Kongou Well, version 5 has been updated. I added unique unit flag to unit Kongou and I added some unique unit promotions' icon which you can check the wiki in the game. I also changed the resources needed to build Kongou which is Oil: 1 -> 2 and add her combat strength by 20. Then she's combat strength is 120.

After many games using the Kongou. I found that the building "Chinjufu" is too powerful to lose the pleasure of the game. So, I debuff it.
Sea plot +1 food -> Sea plot +0 food
and I also debuff the trait
Unhappiness .... - 40% -> Unhappiness -20%
