Besides the arsenal is there to give the player options to use what they want. You can refrain from taking better weapons if you want to. It is not mandatory to use the VA.

You got Russians in the second half and they are much more challenging, still using AKs though.

Don`t place virtual arsenal. It is not interesting to play like: take best weapons with almost infinity ammo and kill losers with AKs. You have to save ammo. Use enemy`s weapons. This way it is much more interesting. Didn`t finish because of too boring. 1) Kill all enemies 2) use virtual aresenal... and repeat again.
