Hope it helps anyone!
In the future please keep comments related to the mod you are commenting on
splitted into 40 every cycle. lowered to 6-8.
it also had issues counting by every tick. seemed to make 50 hours into 12 hours or something... Ticked at 4x the rate...? raised.
the freezing temp was also a bit too fast so I lowered it.
Lowered life expectancy to 1 year.
when I tame one, after a few days, my speed is maxed to 3x, possibly 2x.
Thread the guy below me made about fps problems

There is the error for ya to look at
I've seen a couple small things though. Likely related to another mod interaction, unless this starts happening for everyone, but I thought might be helpful to mention - chiefly, when I place the Slime!Hive initially, two random insects spawn, already friendly and appearing under the Animals tab. They only spawn that one time without dev mode, producing beads from then on. Can spawn more bugs by using the debug 'Spawn Pawn' button on the right when the hive is selected. As it's a dev thing, it's not an issue, just possibly worth noting. The middle debug spawn button, for the fertilized eggs works just as intended. And even my toaster can have tons of these little guys roaming around, or locked in a room with no problems!

I hope that some of this will be of use
And thanks again for making these lil guys, they're a great idea!

Fairly confident I can get it to happen so easily on here because this system is weak, needs more ram, and I'm running over a hundred mods
And yes, as good as the things are, that's one of their intentional downsides, they will reproduce endlessly if left alone and slow down games. That should happen slowly though, not all at once and they should not cause crashes
They can be butchered normally, and have leather
You mean, they duplicated so much that the game can't handle it? Maybe the duplication rate should be turned down, then?
Q: Can we put them to sleep and butcher them, like other tamed animals?
1) What do they eat? Do they eat "live plant"? (AKA your crops and hay) Do they eat process food?
2.) Hunger rate?
--- The rest I will be able to see in-game but it will still be nice to know
Animal Filth Rate
Minimum Training Requirement
Wildness
Min/Max Comfortable Temperature
Reproduction and growth time.
How smart are they?
(1) As living creatures, do they slowly reproduce over time?
(2) Can they be found in the wild?
(3) Are they found ruins?
(4) Can they be bought from (or sold to) traders?
How cool can these things make a room? Passive cooler level or we talking sub-zero freezer?
