Bad news for someone who want to use this with Aegis. Aegis latest update break this mod and revert the stat to original value.

If I remove the PBO for the helmets, would that return the armor they have to the base game armor level?

It seems that this mod conflict with latest version of Aegis mod and make Modular GL rig not affected by this mod.

The new values for the vests take 7 shots from an MX and 6 shots from a Katiba. The changes are applied to existing LDF vests.

You'll only need Contact if you want to use LDF items, the mod works regardless.
