Reduced Shotgun max damage from 150 to 120, reduced bullet size from 0.08 to 0.06, increased upgrade from 6.25 to 15% per level.

Added a center bullet, and made bullet damage more uniform.
Increased spread slightly.
Reduced bullet size slightly.
