hey there, i played this map, and is the worst map i ever played tbh, not trying to be mean or anything, heres what i dont like about this when you first start the map, you get endless horde instantly, it overused one specific infected, boomer of all things, i cant see jack when i got boomer vomit, and i hate when you dont give us guns or shotguns to start with, the automatic turrets cant dont jack, and the healing stations are adapted to boomers. and theres barely special infected besides boomers and i even almost died because i get cornered from the common (which it is a bad timing for a tank). And you have get to a weird angle to get something functional, i even told my brother about this but he still wanna try this, but he change his mind, so summery, its a good map in overall, but theres a endless horde of common, a stupid amount of boomers, and theres so many things that i cant handle.

it takes 15 seconds to unlock the shotgun with an additional 5 per survivor to equip it
that's 35 seconds just to get primaries while you're being pummeled by an endless horde of commons and specials (which automatically flood in after 10 seconds) and that's just if you're uninterrupted

all of the interactions (required to play this map) are at minimum 10 seconds which just pairs horribly with endless horde and this probably won't get tweaked any time soon

best possible way to play is just on a mutation like gib fest that immediately provides weapons and ammo to somewhat balance the endless horde, after that you'll have to speedrun it or you'll inevitably crash to the "ED_Alloc: no free edicts" error

so overall played this with a friend and i love the concept, honestly not bad whatsoever, only complaint is that the interactions dont seem to work at all so grabbing or receiving items is pretty tough, only starting with a pistol and not having access to a proper primary is a problem, using the stores and the power to the people station doesnt give you anything and the health stations only give you a marginal amount of health back, overall not a bad map however if you work a bit more on this and fix the interaction/receiving mechanic i think this honestly wouldnt be a bad map, the challenge itself isnt to hard to work with just the fact that you cant really do much other than wait to die and get revived almost instantly from the respawn room

Everyone is complaining about to many zombies, but you can avoid that bby decreasing the map difficulty. It seems to be an awesome map, something that I have not seen before. I'm very excited, just testet it whether its working and it seems to. Need to play it with a friend so see if everything works. As far as I have see, this map reminds me more of cod zombies map, and I mena this completely in good terms, than on any ohter l4d2 map. It seems to be unique

Terrible map with the constant horde waves, doubt that the maker would fix it based on the inactivity. As a Bioshock fan, avoid this map.

Just played and HOLY HELL the zombies would not stop coming. Like, it was just endless. Please fix this because it was not enjoyable at all. Was super excited to see a Bioshock mod level but I can't even enjoy the sights when I have to deal with waves and waves of none stop zombies waves.

had no idea this was a build map till i loaded in. that said, for a build map it's not annoying; usually you get drowned in special/tank spam. also the scavenging idea was nice, along with the level design. however, appearance-wise there's something wrong with the level. dunno if og bioshock just looks like that or source made it look like that, but damn does that hurt my eyes. also i have no idea if the auto turrets actually do anything lol. have not seen them once shoot. map is definitely beatable solo (on normal at least), you just have to get T2s, ammo piles, and medkits/pills and then you're solid basically. if you built everything and got the essentials, i bet you could beat the map in 20-30 minutes. just building everything and having to chaperone bots is an annoying, time consuming task. if you ever decide to update this map, might i suggest making a version for Holdout? more intuitive and engaging mechanics to let's build. all in all not a bad map, even with the build feature

yeah endless waves of zombies, a pistol and no idea where to go. great map, not.
no melee weapons is just bad.
running around trying to work out what to do while your health diminishes isnt fun.
you will last 10 seconds on expert and less on realism.

PLEASE fix the infinite waves! The map is brilliant, the mechanics would be good if they were altered. We cant enjoy ourselves if theres infinite waves of zombies. A little bit of pacing would submit this map into some of the greatest custom maps even if its only one level. Also please add weapons, we would love to enjoy this map with more than just base pistols! Thank you!

It's a nice idea, and a lot of work was put in this project, so it has lots of qualities. Custom scripts that works (most of the time), custom models that looks nice, good work.

But the level design is kind of bad, labyrinthic, the lighting is waaaay off, ruining the mood of the place. As some stated, there is no weapons, just pistol, and I personnaly have nothing against the vending machine system, even if 20 seconds seems too much (like, I'm not shopping here, there are zombies, I will not stroll around in the vending machine). The vending machine also tends not to work. Unlocking something will sometimes not unlock it at all.

So, to me, it is still a WIP. Good ideas allover, good applications, but very unpolished.

Addition: Only pistols are available and other weapons are unattainable. Not even melees.

Great to see a port of this level, but still unplayable. The hoardes infinitely spawn without breaks and gives you no time to build sentries.

Wouldn't recommend to play on this map if author cannot fix this map or lets Director take over.

This is unplayable. You're standing there and so many zombies spawn you just play until you die.The three NPCs I spawned with were dead in 3 minutes, I died shortly after.
There is no reason to download this, don't waste your time.

Could do better, some factors such as missing of health items and at least some throwable makes the map frustrating to play, costant zombies that keep coming leaves no space to explore (alone or with someone else).
