No, but to be honest it's pretty easy thing to get through a trait earned by fighting lots of battles away from the capital. Just do a few WAAAGHs and you'll get it.

Be interesting if this gets updated given the recent reworking of WAAAGH!!! on the battlefield. Maybe if this is kept, it could be a reflection of how Grimgor IZ DA BEST and how he can single-handedly start a WAAAGH!!! with a scream.
