I sent Tina a long email suggesting features for this game (which I did not backup anywhere) long before the latest update and it is a shame she has to deal with so much hate over the creative control the speed of her own development. I hope FGW rises to the top! A worthy contender of Sid Meier himself, Tina is. Bless her development and I hope she has fond memories of our few, brief conversations.

I haven't given up hope that this dev has abandoned the project and just believe them to be busy with family and political events. I prefer the squad management over the diplomacy and research of Total Resistance but both games will likely eventually include both not sure of their roadmaps either. But with with the new mount and blade coming it may be ages before I return to the near modern day.

I am downloading it right now simply because I want more active factions fighting against each other, like a free for all with 24 factions. I don't think their is a native arrangement for something like that, like there is that one settings where every town starts as a bandit hideout but they aren't treated as factions with negotiation interactions. and this is the closest. And I prefer this with somewhat fictional elements (for roleplaying, user security) and also keeping a humane distance from the other mod which clearly adds real states and banned terrorist organisations.

Haha ye you are right, I mean like ye I saw the writing on the wall already way and way before. And yes I did abandon it aswell. I been working on mods for other games however now instead I am trying to make my own game ;)

More or less did abandon it as I don't really feel like it's worth making a massive mod for this yet. I found the ai extremely weak last time I played it and when your the player on the field your always the first one getting shot in a massive blob of friendlies. And then the fight is over and you can't swap to another soldiers position on the field. Its kinda sad it's a hooter but your never experiencing that part as most of the times your dead instantly. I will maybe come back when they finnaly got to show some improvements but not graphics improvements or item improvements no only ai improvements. But I doubt they are going to improve it that much

Ahh well like there's alot you can do with the current modding tools :) like for what I made in my mod I haven't even touched a single modding tool. I do however think they need to improve the game on some ways and I'm glad they already made a statement on that and I'm curious what they will bring and how. Maybe then I will give it another go. And thanks for your feedback friend glad to hear you enjoyed and appreciate it :) but don't give your hopes up for this game first of all you already enjoyed it 2nd there's more to come luckily!

trainwreck. It was only the 3 decent mods that kept me playing this long....

hmm you could copy everything inside the mod folder to the native folder. Then you never have that issue again as you can just run modded native :). Only downside vanilla cant be played then. And ye like its the complete native folder with changes as i wanted to prevent bugs from happening. Anyways like its highly unlikely I will keep working on this or even fix it. Definetely lost my spirit to mod for this game.

The modification is interesting, but there is a big problem. The second time you start the game, all mod changes disappear. To Continue the game, the mod has to be removed and re-installed. The size of the mod, makes it long.

Seems like I have found how to fix certain issues that have came up with the amount of stuff I made, so will probably update it this weekend :). (cant confirm if i did fix them so if theres no update so then you also know that I didnt actually solve atleast the mayor ones)

The mod is bugged feelsbadman added so much stuff and I did use notepad ++ no tools. Might have made some typos and now I got to find where. And with that said I did ask on the modding questions discussion how I could best debug where the problem is. Since what I added is pretty massive. So this problem is still there for now :(

when i got a city, i saved the game. but ,when i load it, i lose the city! it belongs to its old lord. Why? :-( I have V1.33

Yup, already got reported by a user. Not something I can fix at the moment if I will continue this mod with that said. Seeing the rating I might just abandon it and continue Cossacks HD.

Yup... :/ well I did add to the modding description that saving currently doesn't work. Will get back to it when I know hot to fix this. But I also need to find an a effective way to find what's gone wrong considering the amount of work there is in this mod :/. And a small mistake can already cause this. I think the file where units are listed is almost 10000 lines long so ye XD.

I deleted the game, I deleted all the mods and installed everything again, the problem remains. Please do something, I would really like to play your mod =)

load it again, think it has trouble loading the progress also something that ive noticed. Thats why I updated the version (previously was 1.0) ow v 1.33 but it still exists and I have no clue why. :(

Why not? I made the mod anyway. I didn't like native that much so I added things to improve that. And not knowing what you step in could also be a fun factor. What do I have to lose? I don't need everyone to play my mod I just have to know that rhe people that do play it so enjoy it. Those same people you mentioned in your comment I don't care about them. People will complain anyway now it's that otherwise if would be something else.

For now no longer updates so you can make a playthrough, for whatever reason I still found some space on the current vanilla map for the SWAT faction (but also not really a faction since they don't have any heroes. Now it's time to actually get into the modding tools and textures :P
