I'd say this belongs on both Engie and Soldier.

This is a really great engineer item! I've created this map MVM Underground which is an underground mining facility, and if it were to ever get added to the game, I think this would be a great item to include in the update. If it works out that the map gets added to the game, I'll definitely suggest that this item gets added. @Nautit How does one mine Gems with a Wrench?

Crit kill an enemy with a melee and they become a Grass Block(Minecraft) which can be broken down for ammo/metal

@Colteh the soviet heavy : Yeah, but... It's like giving the Soldier a Bonk item... It doesn't fit x)

@Nauotit, the reason I chose it was because it fits engineer's mining theme (e.g. mining light), not his construction theme

Doesn't fit with the Engineer, you must replace shovel and pickaxe (Because they fit with the Soldier) with Wrench, scrap, some shit like that.

This should be a secondary item so you have increases max ammo and max metal for all weapons and can regain ammo faster from dispensers
