I found a solution, "c_thirdpersonaimdist x" 400 seems to be a good value as it's medium range, though for short range you'll have to aim a little bit to the right of the target and on long range a little bit to the left. It's not a perfect solution but it's definitely better than nothing.

Hello, sorry if i'm bothering you, but i wanted to ask your help about yourThirdPerson Mod. Here my problem, i installed your mod, i even type your specific lines on my console (and .cfg files too), but it sadly do not working at all. My camera is not on the same position as yours and my crosshair is like 999999M away of where i'm shooting too. :/

I'm not sure why this is but when I try to have thirdperson bound to a controller it doesn't allow me to turn and has me locked looking in one direction.

if u enter just the last line, u will have 3rd person view but ur aim will be right of ur crosshair

No "Third Person Shoulder" mods work for me. Other mods do, but those don't. Either it's press Alt or V, it doesn't matter. What can make this react that way ?

how to work on co-op or single ?

I don't know why, but everytime i type thirdpersonshoulder in the console all i can see is my characters back.... I don't have my POV from my shoulder.... Kind of like if you type thirdperson it would be the same POV.. Someone please help.

all you need to do is put c_thirdpersonshoulderoffset 1 in your console and itll change your thirdperson perpective to line up behind your character fixing your aim no mod needed

There is no way to do it. Otherwise it would allow you to shoot through walls

you know what would be cool if possible..... if you could make thirdperson animations such as being pinned or helpless you can be in thirdperson firstperson......but like i said if possible

Cool mod, is there any way you could maybe create something similar to what the occulus rift would make of first person. Something similar to tf2 where the command "cl_firstperson_uses_world_model" could that work with this mod or any other third person mod?

I have a question. I have messed with my thirdperson in console a bit. Will this still affect my game?

I've been using thirdpersonshoulder ever since I have this game. I'm starting to get better and better of it, and I know where the range is at. The shot (without this mod) is a little further to the right side of the aiming reticle, depending on how close of the object/zombies (close is left side, medium is the same as far).

Hey guys! If you have trouble with the aiming, change the command "c_thirdpersonshoulderaimdist" to 300 :) if that doesn't work, just tweak with the number until you get the perfect setting :)
