In regards to MP, it does work if the server/client that is hosting has the mod loaded.

It should be in the wheel menu.
EDIT: Just tested it and it works without issues for me.

It doesn't work for MP due to not being signed.

How do you open the arsenal? Doesn't show up in wheel. Am I missing something?

You can easily make a garage script, just download this one then check the code, replace with the garage function and just change the action name etc then load them side by side and you'll have both.

I know, I just don't want to "directly cheat" by disabling stamina completely. I just find it weird that I cannot use the heavy .50 sniper at all and this mod helps with that.

If you're using the mods for the campaign you could probably make a mod that disables Stamina.
Alternatively, if you make your own missions or play others you could edit them to disable Stamina.

Haha yeah, that happens a lot.
To my knowledge you can not check your current weight load in the arsenal.
But what I do is fill my character with whatever stuff I want to use, if it's too heavy then I just remove stuff until I can run with the loadout I like then I save it.

thx for replying. Unfortunately I don't use any other mods, only this one...

Oh god, I know now why: the sniper rifle is too heavy -> I'm over the weight limit and so have zero stamina...

Is there any way to see this weight limit in the Arsenal (via your mod or the official VR Arsenal), so that I don't build loadouts that are too heavy?

No idea, check other mods, this shouldn't have such an issue.
All it does is add an action to your scroll wheel to open the arsenal the same way when you open an arsenal box for example.

Works like a charme; but when I open the arsenal and close it again, I cannot run anylonger? The character moves REALLY slow...
