No. LOD settings are per unit, which means this is vanilla units only. If you want custom units to not have LOD, you need to remove the low poly/2D imposters from the unit variants in the mod(s) in question, which is super quick and easy to do.

I'm curious if anyone else can confirm that this is working with the current patch. I'm having some trouble getting it to work using Kaedrin's mod manager even with no other mods active.

hi was reading the description of this mod sound very nice in gameplay perspective but im a french guy, maybye you could explain me This, like the original, simply removed the lowpoly and superlowpoly models for all vanilla units whats lowpoly and superlowpoly is ?

The original did not have resized anything, though there may have been a version made by someone who did resize lords.

Awesome mod, too bad there can't be a compatibility patch with any of the good resizers or a resized lord at least like the original had.

Rebuilt entire table for DLC 15. God rest my Delete key.

Thanks so much for this mod, the game looks so much better with it and somehow runs better too, constant 70 fps and above all the way through battles whereas before my game would go down to 40-50 in the heat of battles while zooming in and out. Maybe the game constantly unloading and loading textures slows down the game? Though as previously stated, 4 stacks is impossible without 30-40 fps, otherwise ZERO performance loss.

Blows my mind that the game needs a mod for this, it should have been in the settings from the start. Couldn't play the game without this, thanks again.
TLDR: This mod saves the day.

I can tell you doesn't do anything to SFO's units, only vanilla units.

Wood elves have pretty low model counts, so I'd not be too worried.
I sometimes have small issues with 4v4 fights as (admittedly heavily modified) dorfs.

Oooooh, gotcha, haven't had any issue so far, running a full arrow army comp wood elf campaign, so far no performance loss :)
