nothing wrong with it being i5, as long as it's 4-core and H-series. If you configure Ravenfield's graphics handling in Nvidia, the game should share weight with the GPU and run significantly better, though the frame spikes are a rendering thing, and that can only be helped to a degree. The lag will go away, and your frames should be consistent, but the spikes probably won't disappear. This is RF we're talking about. Polygons or no polygons, it's still heavy, and Sui's content is very high poly so heheh... wish ya luck.
