Abstractn you need to go to your parameters on arma3 launcher and change your world to empty.

Hello, I've been trying to play on this map but I can't because the game says some DLC content is required.
I even tried in Eden Editor with absolutely no assets added so I'm left to assume that it's something in whatever way you made the map.

Could you help me a little on this? (Arma tells me it should be "Contact" DLC)

There is not any buildings because the intent of the map is for people to remaster and place their own. It is a blank slate.
