When running this mod on my server it initiates do_shutdown 10 no matter what I do

This isnt an admin mod . this is a framework providing functions for other mods to use.
check out the scripts/mFramework/plugins/AuthManager/AuthManagerController.lua for the related methods
namely
AuthManager:Authorise()
AuthManager:UpdatePlayerRank()
AuthManager:RemovePlayerRank()

This does include the ChatCommand for managing a users rank
!PM list to list all online players
!PM setrank [steamId|playerName] [RankName]
but you still need to have other systems that use of the methods above to make use of this feature

thats not this mod, thats somthing to do with a UI mod, this dosent have any ui stuff included, are you using Cuartas's Amalgarmin (or BattleRoyale) mods, ask him.
(double tapping [Caps Lock] fixes it btw (or whatever voip key)

since i put the mod, i have the blinking microphone symbol, at the top of the screen, when connected !! I have to manually turn off each player
