is there a load order? because i dont see it do the animation

For those who don't understand, I'll explain:
This mod is a patch for the Hekireki Issen mod, or "Thunder Breathing, First Form, Thunder Clap and Flash", a move used with a katana in the anime "Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba", most notably by the character Zenitsu, as it's the only form he knows.

NOTICE, this is a PATCH for the JRPG Race mod, linked in the description.
You do not need this patch if you dont plan on using the JRPG race at all.
They forgot to add a link for the core mod for Hekireki Issen, so I'll link it here. It allows all vanilla races to use it at 100 Katana skill:
