If you don't mind a regular Skyrim horse wearing a speeder bike costume (with dark brotherhood emblem), then Here you go! The bike acts like and sounds like a regular horse in every regard. A very bumpy ride for repulsorlift technology, lol.

7 things I'd personally like to see in future versions:

1- Fix the mechanic to make it distinguishable from a horse (e.g. NEED a FAST and SMOOTH ride. It should FEEL like a speeder bike).
2- Fix behavior to match a speeder bike, not horse (e.g. runs off when you dismount in a fight, etc, and starts floating towards you after the fight. Creepy self-driving bike.)
3- Fly over water, not swim in in it like a horse.
4- Fix sounds to be like a speeder, not a horse.
5- Recall remote (e.g. summon spell).
6- Inventory / Saddle bags.
7- Painted like in ROTJ (at least as an option).

Good start, I hope you continue to work on and improve this mod.

it's slow, it bounces up and down (whats it running on kangaroo juice?) and as soon as you dismount it goes back to the last town or city you visited

So I've got a weird (and kinda annoying) bug because of this mod. I tried to mount the speeder and it caused my character to lie almost flat on the ground while I basically took control of the speeder.Once i realized that i couldnt fix this problem,I unsubscribed to the mod. Unfortunately i soon realized that even though the mod is no longer loading, my character is still lying flat on the grond when in 3rd person. It's totally fine when im in 1st person, but as soon as i do anything that puts my character into any situation where 3rd person happens (like forges for example) the game just shows my character lying on the ground and no menu appears.

If only there were a way to not make it act like a horse. I like the idea, but the fact it's a horse skin, i just have to unsubscribe. I can't take this mod seriously, and it's faster using the flying mod, and pretending my Jedi is using force push to fly through the air.

I like the idea but you should really add sound effects and make it go faster.... i would really like to see that.

Something about a 74-Z that runs like a horse makes me laugh.

I may have not activated it correctly or something in the data files (as I use the script extender launcher) but it was not there for me. Also, has the description not been updated or has the mod not been updated in months, because I have been youtube videos where it is just a retextured horse ages ago.

just to let people know, you can use console commands to summon this bike, and creation tools to make it invulnerable.
to summon, type 'help 74-z speeder bike' to get the object id, then use the command 'player.placeatme <objectID>' minus the <> brackets and quotes
to make it invulnerable, open up skyrim creation tools, choose the speeder bike plugin as the active file, and locate the bike under actors/actor/actor (it will be in the list of horse actors)
double click the bike object, and check the box "Invulnerable". Click ok, quit and save.

i'm sad... It's just a horse with 74-Z speeder bike texture. I want a real 74-Z speeder Bike :)
But it's not the worst mod ever. It's a good mod, but it's just a new texture for one horse...
