Just updated the Passion Body again
Version 1.3.15
Cleaning up some old backup materials and textures.
Some armor textures were reduced from 4k to 2k to reduce the overall size of the pak file.
pak file size decreased from 2.1 gigs to 1.7 gigs
Hopefully this helps
Running smooth in dev kit and in my single player and on my test server... That pretty much all I can do to help with your loading times... No sure what all Funcom changed in this last dev kit update that suddenly caused all the horrible loading times
I made no changes to the Passion Body mod.. Only recooked it in the latest dev kit. Same as all my other steam mods.
Maybe try :
delete the "appworkshop_440900.acf" file in your \steamapps\workshop folder
delete the "appmanifest_443030.acf" file in your \steamapps folder
delete the "ModControllerCache.json" file in your \ConanSandbox\Saved
Tell steam to verify integrity of game files
Removing the appworkhop file will force steam to re-download all mods fresh.
Lover of the Passion body and have been using for ages, but I noticed a *dramatic* increase in load time for my saves using it since the game update on march 15th. Even on a brand new save, the load time has roughly doubled compared to pre-15th. I'm assuming this is something to do with Funcoms update and nothing to do with the mod itself, i figured I'd mention it.
I compared it to the load time with regular(?) Aquilonian body - and I am aware of the *vast* difference in mod size, so I added in a bunch of padding in the form of clothing/armor mods to make up the almost 2GB in difference - and Passion is roughly 16 times the load time. This isnt super-relevant to the overall issue, I just figured I'd mention it as an aside.
That the load time with Passion more than doubled, while using half as many mods as my older modpack, is troubling :(
Just wanted to make sure you were aware,
btw. Thanks for the report.
We had issues with [Buttermilk_Body] = https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1930095771
on the server I play on not being AoC compatible after 3.0, anyone know if Aquilonian Passion Body mod is AOC 3.0 compatible
Thank you for the update. Nice to have my fav armor back.
@francesco151
Thank you , I will update it soon
I can confirm francesco151's report. After long experimentation I found that this mod definitely crashes the game while loading. Please update it.
Between hurricane hitting her state and other ongoing public emergencies (that affect her work) she's had a rotten 2020 like the most of us... hopefully we won't find the same in twenty twenty one (and it won't be 2020 'won' ... all over again).
