Apparently it needs to update for me, but it won't actually do anything, and I can't currently use this mod even though it worked fine like 5 days back. Any ideas?

If you want the stat changes gone on VANILLA units only then you need to remove the entries for them in the land_units and main_units tables. Vanilla units will start with the Bac_ tag infront of them. Just do not delete something dependent upon something else without removing every other instance of it or you will crash. Some things will cause a crash if missing, others will just appear invisible or not at all. Keep it limited to what I've stated here.

It's not overly complicated, but it is slightly involved. There's a set number of tables you need to pull out of my mod and then remove the information for the units you don't want. The simplest way is to just remove information from the tables for all of the other units, while leaving no dependencies that could cause a crash. If you just want the added units to not be recruiting, you just need to remove their permission in the units_to_groupings_military_permissions table, all except for the indian units. If you want the reskins gone you can delete the entries in the variants table for those units as well as just deleting the variant mesh definitions themselves.

Hey, I really like the look of your mod but I was wondering if you could help? I'm quite happy with most of the vanilla units but I really want to add your Indian units to the roster. Is there a way I could edit the mod to only include these units? I tried some editing myself but to no avail. Thanks

Your roster expansions even when out of date by a large margin are still the cleanest, well thought out without being overbearing, and well balanced. They mesh with vanilla perfectly. Please come back to us!

is it possible to get rid of the lances from the dahae riders and noble riders, because it seems a bit wierd, they are holding a bow, but nothing is holding the lance.

Radious asked me if he could integrate some of my work, but needed a cut down version of the mod. I cut it down as much as I could, but not quite enough to make it an easy process. Merging two mods can make things very messy, depending on how big the mod is, as it will just dump a massive amount of variantmeshes into the list without any sort of organization. He would then have to go over my resources and alter the tag so it wouldn't conflict with my mod, but that means finding all of these resources, as well as updating any unit that uses them to use the new name. It can turn into a lot of work.

I haven't changed anything, and I don't know what specific conflict the packs are having but if I had to guess it's the same thing that was happening before. Radious likely intregrated some of my work into his mod, but then made minor changes to it here or there. I encountered a crash like this before when another one of my mods used the same helmet variantmesh that another mod did, but the other mod's version of the helmet was slightly altered, causing the game to crash on load. To fix it I added unique tags to most of my resources to try to insure that they were never shared, mistakenly or otherwise.

Ooh, now I remember. A while back he was asking me about integrating BRE into his work, that must be it. I didn't have the time to trim down the mod as much as he wanted but he must have integrated something, that's probably why it's crashing as he may have changed something. If that's the case then you can just use his or mine as you prefer, since his mod may have some or all of my units.

The mod should still run with the recent patches, it still does for me, the most likely cause of a crash is a mod conflict. If you have the third party mod manager you can see the conflicts and let me know which one I need to look into. Though my mod should be compatible with most other mods, if Radious or any other mod tries to use one of my resources but also modifies it without changing its name, then that can cause a crash.
