I wouldn't have been asking if it hadn't read "We have won the war," which, to me, seemed to tell me that, well, I won the war.
@Timrath status quo is not winning the war, that's neither side achieving their objectives and status quo is kept.
I received one after winning my first war, but when I went to war again for the Miniature Galaxy, I didn't get it. The notification read: "We have won this war. Status Quo."
I used the console to play as the empire I had just defeated, to look at their relics. They still possessed the Miniature Galaxy, but they had recently activated it, and it was in cooldown. I guess you cannot capture relics while they're still in cooldown.
Does the AI uses this as well as the Player?
Don't know much about Stellaris modding code's, but I assume it has something to do with line 265~296 of "scoots_relic_wars.txt" on the \common\war_goals, as it seems to not have specific outcome.
key = surveyor_war_names"
should instead be
key = "surveyor_war_names"
All options are locked with "Our war goal does not permit us to do this", even at 100 Acceptance.
I had to use surrender <country id> <war id> to end this eternal war.
Unlike the other Relic War mods this one works with 2.6.2.
