For those wondering why you get normal zombies instead of the ghost ones, just restart your game and it will fix itself. It works for me at least.

@roman52, his custom model is probably using the same shader file that infected are using, can't help with that.

when it's on, Bill is also a shadow, except his head, yes i have a custom Bill, is it normal ?

I thought it was weird, but the problem got resolved after disabling the mod, so I figured it had to be it.
I restarted the game with this mod on and it's still fine though, so this is now my go-to after all :)

Mezu5, it does not modify molotov in any way, probably other mod, try to enable only this mod and throw molotov then.
