@GAME Unfortunately, I am discontinuing this mod, at least for now. I simply do not have the resources and experience necessary to achieve the level of ambition I have for this config. If you can provide me with the assets I need, I'd be happy to try to find a way to implement them, but my modding experience is extremely limited.

Also, on the topic of their camouflage, ROK used OD through the 70s, with vine leaf camo on their helmets. The Capital Garrison Command uses the duckhunter camo.

@DickLouden Yeah, its one of my favorite aspects of working on this pack! Its an interesting mix between the old and the new (for the time at least.) I think I'm going to do Japan next, because they're of a similar nature.

It would be cool to see more of these non super-power factions with their mix of old lend-lease and homebrew gear mixed in with modernish weapons!

@Keemseemsmeen The next update will completely revamp the faction, and with the new gear the units are getting, they'll generally be pretty interchangeable between the 1970s and 1980s. I'm not sure when I'll get the update out, mainly because this relies on other addons to work, which is less than convenient. A lot of the time, the addons don't fit the historical accuracy I'm looking for. I'd go in and reskin and make models myself, but I've got no idea how to do that.

@Jeguk I'm not sure. I'm completely rebuilding the pack from the ground up, including some reskinning. I'm new to this stuff, so I'm pretty slow with it.

@NF_F16 Probably, but it'll be a while before I get it out. I'm currently rebuilding this config from scratch, but I'm having trouble finding some specific mods I need for vehicles.

South Korea never used m14. We used m1 in early phase of Vietnam war and replaced it with m16. We did use m1/m2 carbines though till early 2000s as army reservists service arms until retired m16s, which are replaced by k1 and k2 since 1980s, completely replaced them.

@Jeguk Possibly. I'll need to get permission from the original mod authors before I go editing things. I was originally going to include South Korea patches, but they look terrible through in-game application.

Will you add custom content, like markings on the vehicles, patches in the uniforms...?

Also, you need the older version of the LAW. But it'd be best to just give them the M20 Super Bazooka or the M67 recoilless rifle (not sure exactly which of the two SK used).

That version of the M113 didn't exist in the 1970s. You could use the one in UNSUNG.
