Longitude/Latitude tweaks can only be done at config level, scripting won't work i'm afraid.

@monarch, you really have to play around with the dates in order to achieve a certain "look", the dates for those screenshots were the 2nd March 10:47am, I also used a setAperture setting to achieve that deep red/orange glow.
