yeah got 1 for empire garrison so thats probably what making the dwarf garrison not work oh well

It is impossible. You must have other mod that alters dwarf garrisons or datacores garrison tables.

I don't use T4 mod sorry. If it works and compatible, keep using as it is.

Can you make it compatible with this mod? With your mod it is funy situation when 3 tier minor city have better garrison then 4 tier.
