Take a look at the nanobot drill and fill mod.

Kinda Cheaty but allows you to mine out tons of stone

oh dang, i need something that GIVES me gravel. these concrete mods consume ALOT of gravel

This is a block. Similar to Stone Grinder mods, this just deletes gravel at a fast rate. This allows for refining stone into ingots and then throwing out the waste gravel without throwing it out into the world and effecting server performance.

is it a block or a script? does it change stone to gravel only?
