I found it only works for light skin 只有选择皮肤（亮）的时候才起作用

For windows players, after following the instruction steps, you should also change your skin once then it will work. Win10的朋友们，除了按照作者留言的放到那个文件夹，再到选项/偏好设置里面换一次皮肤头像包就起作用了。

Try this if you can't get it to work (on Windows 10).

Find folder:
C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020

Create a graphics folder
Create a faces folder within that

Locate Filename iOS'20 Facepack (Megapack ver 4.0).fmf within your Steam app folder:
Steam/SteamApps/Workshop/Content/<randomnumberedfolder>/iOS'20 Facepack (Megapack ver 4.0).fmf

Copy file iOS'20 Facepack (Megapack ver 4.0).fmf
to the folder you created before.
C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics\faces\

Then go into FM20, preferences, uncheck cache option and reload the skin.

Tried and tried following the instructions. Cannot get it to work at all

it didnt work for me... But when i move the file to C:\users\YOUR NAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics
then worked perfectly .

Can anyone just clarify if this works for windows or not? Nothing is happening for me.

It seems like its working on players from Bundesliga, but not in the Premier League or Serie A.
