RussTNailz 4. mar. 2014 kl. 18:19
highly recommended mod which adds much more depth to the game, doesnt seem to conflict with any other mods I use (a lot!) into the bargain
XilasX 23. feb. 2014 kl. 15:47
Just gotta say I'm a big fan of this mod. If I werent I wouldnt have taken the time to point out the 2 bugs I have discovered :P.

1. One is that it seems that several of the minor towns I have come across that produces bronze, cannot be turned into a roman town(I'm afraid I cant remember if this applies to towns of other factions, and I dont have any save games for other factions as I write this). So I'm stuck with a town I can only downgrade.

2. Once built, roads cannot be removed and replaced with another building. Not sure if this one is intentional or not though.
Cyberknight 21. feb. 2014 kl. 19:54
can you add a move the capital and 4 extra building slots in rome
Apis in Memphis 8. feb. 2014 kl. 20:05
Why is there no textures garrison towns on the global map of the game?
Penakoto 8. feb. 2014 kl. 9:25
Nevermind, I figured out those are concepts of what's to come, not stuff that's included yet.

Gave the mod a good testing, the 'palace' upgrade is pretty cool, situational but still useful, I like it a lot. Roads are also pretty useful without being too useful.

Garrisoned towns are a bit too good though, the added units I like but I feel the public order boost is generally too high, it's basically a straight upgrade from regular cities.

I'd halve the public order bonus, get rid of the added stuff like research bonus, and keep everything else the same, then I think the towns will be pretty balanced. More defense at the expense of food and cash flow, and the citizens are a little happier because they feel safer, makes sense.

That is, if you ever update again, which I hope you do because there really isn't many other mods that add construction options.

With your mod enabled on patch 9 beta I can't load any battles without the game becoming unresposive, I can only autoresolve. When I disable it I can play them again.

Will this issue be adressed in an update or is it most likely a conflict with another mod?

So annoying because now I can't continue my campaign, the only save i've got is after I constructed some buildings with the mod, so when I try to load it with the mod disabled the game becomes unreponsive as it can't find the buildings.
nihahs08 28. jan. 2014 kl. 10:35
Patch 9 compatible?
Publius 12. jan. 2014 kl. 15:05
Looking forward to see what the future has in store for this mod! :) Absolutely love the garrisoning of settlements feature, as well as the roads, and I can't wait to see what other interesting building chains you'll add!

You simply click 'subscribe'. It's somewhat counterintuitive.

Updates and fixes coming soon. Stay tuned.
LegionCenturion 8. jan. 2014 kl. 21:40
I cant seem to destroy roads or replace them with a different construction type. such as replacing roads with the villa if I needed more food.
Puddle 30. dec. 2013 kl. 10:05

Puddle 30. dec. 2013 kl. 10:04

X i 18. dec. 2013 kl. 19:08
Good mod Aelexander, I just started using it alongside my MR mod. I changed a few things for personal preference, but great ideas all the way around.
BeardedCatDad 18. dec. 2013 kl. 10:02
I love using this mod, it is essential to my Rome II experience, please update!
juroanetkazoja 14. dec. 2013 kl. 12:13
good job!
whistler118 24. nov. 2013 kl. 8:24
Is this compatable with Version 7?
Grinsp00n 19. nov. 2013 kl. 1:05
How can i make sanitation buildings with the Suebi faction? I can't seem to get one built in any of the regions i take over.
Slimboy Fat 17. nov. 2013 kl. 5:55
AWESOME idea! I cannot wait to test it out. Keep up the good work man!
Crimson Eye Raven 17. nov. 2013 kl. 3:06
Awesome mod, breaths some fresh air into this already fantastic game. Only one issue I've run into so far, is *as Rome* if I built any roadway improvements in a town, there was no way to destroy it if I changed my mind. Otherwise, fantastic 5/5.
Thrax 15. nov. 2013 kl. 11:41
Sounds great ...new Picture Buildings ...impressive !
God bless you !

[Dolt] Ewokz 14. nov. 2013 kl. 16:03
Thinking about it I assume its because the reforms change the cities or towns when the upgrade takes effect, so that the new troops are used. I assume its fairly easy to fix.
[Dolt] Ewokz 14. nov. 2013 kl. 15:01
One big bug I've just found. When you research the reforms it breaks the city/town garrisons. They go back to the default garrisons which means the border village is useless after the research. Anyone else reported this?

This is playing as Carthage so just a heads up on that, it might work for the other reforms but it doesnt as these guys.
Price 13. nov. 2013 kl. 7:10
Now I just need a mod that expands the number of buildings in a settlement
Cinerarias 12. nov. 2013 kl. 1:46
Also, I can upgrade to a (fortified) level IV Hellenistic Polis when only level 3 settlemets have been researched
Cinerarias 12. nov. 2013 kl. 1:43
Hi, cool mod. Two problems so far with Carthage:
-Joing a confederation with New Carthage prevents the selection of military traditions with their generals/admirals.
-Building a palace promotes greek culture and not phoenetian (ot that is what is says in the disciption anyway.
emperor-glenn287 12. nov. 2013 kl. 0:03
is any one else having problems with this mod when new buildings built they leave a huge space in your citys of just grass / land you cant see the new building ??
Glustrod 10. nov. 2013 kl. 3:47
@iSGuille: Maybe it's possible to add it to the UPC-Pack radious made on twc, I play on German so I'll try to add it there.
GuillePtZ 10. nov. 2013 kl. 2:39
You must have the game in english for this mod, if you don`t you will not be able to see the names of the added buildings and stuff.... that's not cool.....
Aelexander  [ophavsmand] 9. nov. 2013 kl. 14:15
Burnt has no more marshmallows: I dunno, might be a bug related to the first level of the structure being a chain terminator. I will see if I can reproduce and fix that.

@Dylanface: Unfortunately settlements can only add models to the their respective city, not the province itself. There might be a way to change some map features once CA releases a warspace editor.

@Pifacedude: None of the vanilla buildings are changed but some of th enew chains add squalor and require food, so use at your own peril.
Pifacedude 9. nov. 2013 kl. 10:58
Two things:
1st does this work with the No Food No Squalor mod?
2nd does this mod mean all cities can reach top population? eg land locked capitals reaching six construction slots.
MarshalPeePee 9. nov. 2013 kl. 5:21
this looks great! thanks :) ! It looks like a return to the good features of shogun 2.
AwkwardDuck 8. nov. 2013 kl. 22:51
Save-game compatible?
