I also added a fix for Alania - just replace the states file.

To fix the missing spanish state add this file to history/states in the mod file: https://filebin.net/ni3fod2etks0rhj4 one of the italian states has the same code

with the new updates there are some states missing

The original author seems to be on hiatus, as he is been offline for almost a month.

I forked the mod and I'm now currently maintaining it. I fixed a few issues and added some content.
I will update it for the new patch and keep adding.

When do you plan on updating? After new or before new dlc?

To go around your problem about the focuses i suggest you use the console commands "decision.autocomplete" to instantly get the focus or "decision.nochecks" to be able to start a focus even if the requirements are not met. The only thing you can't do with these commands is doing a focus which is yet to reach or take both mutually esxclusive focuses

Well, sometimes Republican Spain wins in vanilla too with historical focuses on. I believe it depends on the support Franco gets from other fascist nations: if either Germany or Italy don't help him, the soviet divisions fighting for the communists will shred the nationalists.

The Balkans domination sphere focus did not work for me. I did the war with Greece focus and capitulated Greece. I still could not start the focus so i decided to try and bypass the focus so using the console i made Bulgaria join the axis and fight the allies. When that did not work I tried to just annex Bulgaria through the console and I still could not bypass the focus. Other than that the mod is great and a lot of fun. The only other issue I had with it was republican Spain winning the civil war with historical accuracy on

Hey, so as I think I said earlier, NRM II doesn't work with this mod, specifically because all the ships have no stats for the most part aside from a minimal number of hitpoints, which is unfortunate because I think the two would compliment each other well.

You need to do the ethiopian failure focus or what ever its called. also you'll need to let them occupy your east african holdings before it unlocks

Penso che sia la migliore mod per l'talia. Sarebbe fantastico un ramo per sbarazzarsi della monarchia e formare la RSI, ma comunque è una mod molto completa e molto ben strutturata. Ottimo lavoro

Would you consider reworking the states and provinces in Zara, Savoy, Fiume, Dalmatia, Slovenia, Albania (incl. expansion), Montenegro, and Greece to better represent the Italian expansion into these regions? I feel as if this would help to make the mod more representative of the Italian situation during these times. As far as sanctions are concerned, I have followed the story precisely. In fact the English ships, sent to check that the sanctions were respected, left the Mediterranean immediately after the end of the war in Ethiopia

"Albanian Occupation" needs a bypass, and it could be made a puppet like it was made a personal union under Victorio Emanuele III. Some national Spirits are to big, in Pick a side if France is resisting and Italy allies with Germany France will lose a lot of territories with no justification, also other countries need to give permision for italy to gain territories, not just Italy. In "War with Yugoslavia" Italy needs something to do with Czecolovaquia. "Undo lateral treaties" could be done for communist too. And expand the industry of AOI is still needed to gian a research slot, even tough Italy became lost the war communist

"Toy planes" don't need to include penalties for old planes, since the player suffers that in the airforce, since italy only have great war figthers, making that useless, the training and the fuel could be fix by focuses. "Hitler visits Rome" needs to be revise, first with an event for Germany where Italy ask for a visit, and second with other rewards, not just a factory. The focus to ally with Iraq (I don't remember the arab name it says) should be, first, authorize by Iraq in some form (As the monarchist coup d'etate in Vanila), and second could be a civil war or like the monarquist coup d'etate in vanilla.

"Pride of the colonies" could be faster to get. Autarky when finish make you lose stability, for some reason. The "Pact of Steel" focus, while it's more accurate as Italy enter into the axis (Instead of just improving relations like in vanila), should be an event to germany where Italy request enter in the axis, instead of just entering. In "Dominate the balkans" the formation of the balkan faction should be an event too. "Fix military production" shouldn't need Advance Machine Tools, if all other countries can have an stable military production, then Italy don't need new tecnology to it, debuff should be possible to eliminate at the expense of not doing industrial or colonial expansion, so maybe some focuses could be added to stop a faster elimination of the debuff.

Nice mod, It's one of the best reworks I saw so far, and it has only 2 weeks, I like this work and I'd like to give some recomendations. Focus shouldn't have dates, that makes it pretty railroad, and it's a problem the great war mode have, in vanilla mods have another way to bypass the date (The soviets can't get rid of the debuff if they're at war), this is extremely minor, bur focus in vanila have capital letter, that makes the focus better visually, and names could he shorter (Ex: "Colaboration between industrial and military advisors" could just be called "Advisor colaboration" and the rest be explain in the description). "End the economic santions" should be either an event that fires some time in the mod, or could be another thing than just "Hey, complete this and the santions will disapear", I don't know if the santions end before the war, but if it is the focus should be that, or another thing that could get rid of the debuff.

As you said, you could be unprepared for any earlier wars so this really only benefits you in singleplayer (or multiplayer without justifying early for that matter) with historical AI focuses (to give you enough time and don't have Danzig or War by '38) but there's no chance then for an allied victory as far as I can see.
But I can not stress enough how much fun it was coz I really had some time pressure to meet the bare minimum of requirements to join the war and I still was only Germanys little brother. Really, really fun mod to play, thank you so much for this!

I ran a game to actually test it (fascist) and honestly, it really feels a bit broken. It's absolutetly possible with a combination of rushing down the CivFac part of the focus tree and building cheap 120 divs + going asap for an advisor to get rid of the army debuff by very early 1940 (around that time you should join the war) while still comfortably building up your industry. You can not however get rid of the air force debuff at the same time but then again, while the air force's really important you don't relly on it as much as on your army and I think I modernized it actually somewhere around mid 1941.
