If you have left-hand problem try this ↓↓↓

Deactivate all mods affecting the sniper AWP.
Join any random game and hold default model.
Close your game and restart L4D2.
Activate this mod and join any game.
It should be fine after this, however if not, keep kod activated and do another game restart.
