Is it possible to make a version of this mod where no religion rulers are assigned a specific religion based on area?

Non aztec rulers in america could be given generic pagan or african.
Chinese characters should just be taoist.
and east indian characters could randomly be hindu, african or muslim.

Your mod is extremely needed and makes the base mod more playable, but I just wish the assigned religions were a little less random.
