So, does this mod not only allow players but also the AI to infinitely expand their territory?

I guess that you are asking for the city working radius to be extended. Sorry, that is not possible. I have searched. It is set in the dll.

Can you make a version that makes it possible to be loaded with civilians?In this version,it can't create some valid squares(Some luxuries and checkered benefits I can't enjoy).Thanks.

i started a new game after i subscribed and for some reason its not working i have tried turning the mod on and off but it still wont work

There shouldn't be an issue with adding the mod to an existing save.

You are welcome : ) If you can find, (probably by trial and error, turning mods on and off) the other mod that is conflicting, then give me the name. I can troubleshoot them both together and try to work out the conflict.

I use 66 Mods so yes mod conflicts are a resulution. But when i turn of your mod its good. So i test a game with only this mod

I use this mod. I am not having issue with encampments.

The entirety of the changes that this mod makes are only to "GlobalParameters:CULTURE_COST_LATER_PLOT_EXPONENT,
GlobalParameters:PLOT_INFLUENCE_MAX_ACQUIRE_DISTANCE, and
GlobalParameters:CITY_MAX_BUY_PLOT_RANGE'". These do not affect encampments.

It would seem like from your description that a different mod has set the values for 'HitPoints' and 'CanAttack' in the districts table for 'DISTRICT_ENCAMPMENT' to null or 0.
Are you playing as a vanilla civ? Or modded? Does that civ have a unique replacement for the encampment?

Do a test with ONLY this mod enabled. If you are still having the issue, I need information from the logs and the databases.

I have no more UI over the military camps. In addition, I can no longer attack with the camps. These attack signs then appear somewhere on the map

The global parameter affects all civs, so AI civs' borders will continue to grow beyond 6 as well.

It is not possible to increase the workable-tile radius value beyond 3 tiles from the city center. It is hard-coded within the game's DLL (and for Mac/etc the equivalents) which is not accessible to modding.

So it is not fair to keep asking @dreadanddespair to devote time looking into something that is not possible.

@shoow I have not been able to find a way to change the working radius of a city, either larger or smaller. This mod changes the maximum tile range that your territory can expand to using culture.
The default value is 6 tiles out from the city center. This mod sets the max value to 999. I have other mods that set the value to 10, 16 or 24.

I think that there may be a way, as nothing is impossible given enough time, so maybe if you're having a hard time on your own, you should see if someone's willing to help you, I've heard that there's quite a few members of the community that like to help other modders. The first one that comes to mind is Sukritact. If you decide to take my advise, good luck.

I have 2 other border mods that each change the max value to 16 and 24 respectively. I could make an 8 / 10. I did increase the border culture rate change slightly with each mod. The 16 mod reduces the next plot exponent from 1.3 to 1.2.

Could you make one that only increases the border radius by a little bit? like from 6 to 8, or maybe 10? Also, i assume that the culture cost per tile increases at a similar rate? So it would theoretically take awhile for the borders to get crazy?

No, it does not change the city working radius. It increases the maximum limit for city borders growth through culture.

It means that there is no international waters any more. Not very realistic nor immersive.
