Does the read go to the engine and green for when wheels?

Thank you WALLE, I was having some difficulties creating an auto box for a 37m tug boat so i needed a good auto gear module. I have dropped 4 of your auto boxes into the boat, to power 2 huge propellers and i'm happy with the results so far. Now i need to work on:
1) at about 35 RPS, the speed tops out at 11 and i would like 14 - 15
2) The auto shifts up through gears 1-5 very quickly and i'd like to hold onto 3 & 4 a little longer
3) I almost have to cut the RPS to get the gears to shift down

Any suggestion?

My gears are inverted, 6th is the most torque and least speed but 1st is the highest speed and leas torque.

AirplaneLover620 Your wheels are probably on the wrong way around. Look at the + and - arrows on the wheel rims and make it so + is the clockwise arrow.
