Problably you're trying to use two main-hand axes (there's an issue in Starbound when two of the same weapon try to use the state).

Try going into the crafting station again, there should be a off-hand variant of the axe. Craft it and equip it on the off-hand.

Why the weapon in 2 hands does not turn?Only 1 can spin?

Also, the league of legends weapons mods were the first where i saw the npcs actually using the alt attack. The alt attack become available after some time so i don't know why that makes them use it. Maybe its related to how the weapons were coded?

I'll see what's happening, maybe I'll have to disable ultimates for NPCs.

Also they do use the alt attack. The npcs would all use jhin ultimate when it charged. Same with Ashe but the sound gets glitched.

Jhin worked perfectly and ashe's too but, when her ult charged, the sound would keep spamming nonstop. Something like 10 ultimates per sec.

Thats exactly why it wasn't possible ;-;

I don't think NPCs can use the alt attack (which would shoot the off-hand weapon), there might be a mod somewhere to allow this tho.

Got so close to creating npcs with draven weapons using the npc spawner + mod, it doesn' t allow me to use both of their hands ;-;
