If you ask me all "summoners" should have the same effects. It makes the game more fun since "easy" games is boring games

Wait, Seeker is from the Dragonborn version of this mod, so I take that back, but the Gargoyle is a good idea.

How can I relarn Arvark so this mod effects him? He is not from a spell tome but a quest. Do you have a different console ID for the spell is that why you can't just remove and put back? If so could you just share those instead?
