Ah i se, you need the full 400 to get it.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to actually get the time piece once you have 250 candy. is there an npc or an object to interact with to remove the barrier?

I came here to say that it's a nice reskin but 400 candy is a bit much since it requires to blindly explore most of what you already explored in chapter 1 and it dilutes the actually unique stuff.

Reading the other comments apparently there is way more to this map I missed, kinda sad :/

It is very nice to know that I've been able to create experiences that have stuck with others. Sometimes, game development can feel very challenging and lonely, and it's easy to forget that the end result impacts others in meaningful ways. So this is really nice to hear. Returned recently and thought id play some more Hat in Time, and found I was still subscribed. Played it and honestly had just as much fun as the first time. I literally still have memories on this map, I thought I would return, years later and say that this map genuinely has stuck with me over time and that even now I think back on it really fondly. It sounds oddly parasocial to say but thank you for making my life better with your work.

This was so creative! There was so much to do, and I loved all the side things you could do to get more candy! The haunted mansion GENUINELY scared me, it was terrifying! I can NOT praise this mod enough. The effort put into it is amazing! And the conductor getting drunk was HILARIOUS. There is so much atmosphere around this entire level, from the music to the decorations. Each character's dialogue is true to themselves. (And the idea that Snatcher just wants a candy throne is chef's kiss.) PHENOMENAL JOB TO EVERYONE WHO WORKED ON THIS! YOU GUYS ARE AN INSPIRATION!!!

Truly fantastic map, highly accessible to anyone no matter how skilled they are in the game. It's very rare for community made maps to be made in a way that's fun for everyone. The aesthetics and music of the map are too high of quality for me to even begin praising but to keep it short: excellent. Everything about this map is excellent. Well done!

what i mean is there is a hole at the back of the exterior, it would be nice if there were something in it.

you get 2 big buckets after going through it!

the "manor of madness" scares me every time, it would be nice if there were a secret behind it or at least some candy

This level has at least twice as much candy as is required to beat it, but having exhausted myself collecting candy for well over an hour, I can see why you set the threshold at only 400. This mod is honestly incredible!

Honestly brought a small tear to my eye. Favourite modded level of all time, in any game I've ever played. Extremely high quality, massive area, 10/10 gags. Pls make a 3D platformer so i can buy it

Best mod I've played so far, 10/10 chef's kiss. Would play again

I immediately installed this because I'm a big fan of the spooky Halloween aesthetic and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the old Mafia Town map remade for Halloween!

Then I got to the Mansion of Madness...

...

10/10 mod would hyperventilate again

Issues I have found:
1. Hat Kid can stand in the Fire Spirits' fire and not get burned.
2. The boxes in the secret second floor of Seaside Spaghetti lack collision - Hat Kid can run right through them!
3. It is possible for Hat Kid to go through the wall of Seaside Spaghetti, even during the haunting, via the grapple hook outside.
