Don't know what you mean by the first thing. I probably won't do Fallout 76, but I might eventually. I haven't made anything for Gmod in a while.

that's pretty weird ngl. Try uninstalling and re-installing, opening Gmod, letting it install, then closing Gmod, re-opening it, then try.

You need the extended spawnmenu addon. If you scroll down to the bottom of the spawnlist, you'll see "Browse Sounds". Look for my addon name (Fallout - Fallout 4 Soundtrack) in "Browse Sounds". You can then extend that addon by clicking on the plus, and you'll be able to see all the music files. Click on each one to play it. :steamhappy:
