'It doesn't work' isn't close to enough information to troubleshoot.
Make sure you've subscribed to the required item/s aswell, and you've restarted Garry's Mod after subscribing.

Good job. And a wind up Q siren isnt possible. Its not photons fault though. Its the games sound mechanics itself.

I believe a actual wind up Q isn't possible, atleast for now. If I do one, it'd end up similar to the EQ.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!! As a firefighter on the East Coast, we ALWAYS go screaming down the road with the Que raised and the Powercall going!!! Maybe you can make a Q2B siren???
