I've added a second version of this mod called Toads Drop Loot (reduced). It's more of a randomized loot box mod, where toads drop many fewer coins, but have a chance to drop other items like ores, beer, and other bits. Most percentages in that mod are very low, but my playtesting so far shows it to be a more reasonable distribution of objects.

I actually think you folks are right. I thought I was going lighter because I was using about 1/5 of what the slug mod used - but you're right - it's too much.

So, question for the subscribed folks. Would people prefer a reduction in coins on this mod, or a separate mod that has a reduced rate?

A 50 % drop rate for 1 coin would be more than enough for the toads. You kill that manyof them that you get richer than Bruce Wayne !

I just bought the new dlc and was glad there was a mod like the one for the slugs but the amount is way too much imo. I am lvl 4 in my new game and just killed the very first toad, it gave me 100 (!) coins. I restarted before because i had killed 2-3 toads, it took forever for my dwarves to carry the coins to the camp. And honestly, i thought my game was bugged and i had an eternal spawn of coins:D
Is that amount actually a bug or is it really meant to be that high? I'm a little worried when the time comes i need the other items from the toad :')
