One's running MMaster's Automatic LCDs 2. The other runs my personal Airlock Script. I've found that some times when I build the ship from a projector in survival, some of the commands get un-mapped from the hotbar.

What do the programmable blocks do? They don't seem to function

Yep, It does handle very well with all those gyros. I kinda figured you'd have to treat it like a ship in The Expanse and flip it around to decelerate. Gotta work on my piloting skills I guess!

@6d722e74 I agree with you about the brake thrusters. I kinda ran out of room, and prioritized the aesthetic over performance in that case. When in atmo I try to fly it a bit like a helicopter, so if I need to stop quickly I pitch up and let the lift thrusters slow me down. I also put a camera on the tail so that when I'm scouting asteroids I can switch the inertial dampeners off, flip around and let the main thrusters catch me when I get where I'm going. All that said, I'm still going to look at options for better brake thrusters.

In the mean time, I'll try to get on putting that flight manual in the pilot's seat.

Great ship! This is my first large projector build in survival, *piece by piece* (Ugh! But ultimately rewarding.). My only quibble is that the reverse thrust is a bit weak and I couldn't find the instruction manual. You did remember to leave it in the pilot seat, didn't you?

@madbillyblack as soon as i saw this all i thought was it look like the planet of the apes pod

i made one that looks a bit like that, only it's a small grid transport.

@Mr. Salty that actually gives me an escape pod idea where the engines could be seperated as lifepods of a sort

@Plazmalord Soban Believe it or not my main inspiration was the escape pods from the 2001 version of Planet of the Apes.

omg ive been drawing a variation of a ship like this for abt a year... it resembles the maller from Eve and or the Tormentor. did u happen to use those as inspiration for this design of yours?

Any chance someone has created the reverse of this ship? So the connectors and that are on th eother side? Want to use this as the engines on the side to my main ship.

So this is the most aesthetic thing I've ever seen on the workshop.

I like the way you laid the armor around the the engines and turrets. It has a nice manufactured feel to it that seems to consider the functional balance between cost, protection, and aesthetics.

kinda reminds me of the part of Lockdown's ship that detaches from AOE

It look like some mad engineer just saw off the cockpit from the crashed ship and cramp it with thruster to make it fly.

or took imspiration from Guardian of the Galaxy Vol.2?
